We keep collection deliberately small. PuntuQuest is playable without an account, and most of what the game needs stays on your device.

• Gameplay data such as scores, streaks, and which categories you have played, stored locally on your device.
• Basic, anonymized usage signals (for example, app version and crash reports) that help us fix problems.
• Optional support correspondence if you email us directly.

We do not require your name, your contacts, or your location to play.

We use the limited information above only to run and improve the game:

• To save your progress and show your scores and streaks.
• To diagnose crashes and improve performance and balance.
• To respond to you when you contact support.

We do not use your information for advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.

We do not sell your data. We share information only in narrow cases: with service providers who help us operate the app (such as crash reporting), bound by confidentiality, and where required by law.

Any provider we work with may process data only on our instructions and for the purposes described here.

Your gameplay progress lives primarily on your device. Where we process anonymized usage signals, we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect them.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what we hold so there is little to expose.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing.

Because most data stays on your device, you can clear it at any time by deleting the app. For anything we hold, contact us and we will respond promptly.

PuntuQuest is intended for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the game evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, note the change in the app.

Continued use of PuntuQuest after an update means you accept the revised policy.
