Terms of Service

By downloading or using PuntuQuest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These terms apply to everyone who plays PuntuQuest, on any supported device.

PuntuQuest does not require an account to play. As a guest, your progress is stored on your device, and players of any age are welcome to play this way.

Signing in with Google or Apple is optional, is for players aged 13 and older, and exists so your progress is backed up and can follow you between devices. Buying Pro does not need an account. When you sign in, your account becomes the version you play from: a new account takes over the progress from your device, while an account that already has progress keeps its own and replaces the copy on your device. Either way, 50:50s you bought and have not used come with you; ones earned from ads or given free do not. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you can delete it and its data at any time from inside the app.

We ask that you use PuntuQuest the way it was intended: as a game. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its content.
• Use automated tools to manipulate scores, stars, streaks, or leaderboard positions.
• Choose a username that is offensive, impersonates someone else, or contains personal details such as a phone number.
• Fake ad views or clicks, or tamper with the rewards ads give.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

PuntuQuest Pro is optional; the game is playable without it. It is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a single lifetime purchase, at the prices the app shows before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. A free trial, where offered, is for eligible new subscribers, and any unused part of it ends when you subscribe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple ID is charged within the 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings; deleting the app or your PuntuQuest account does not cancel it. A lifetime purchase is paid once and lasts for as long as we offer PuntuQuest. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

What Pro includes may grow or change over time. We will not take away a lifetime purchase's access to Pro while PuntuQuest is offered.

The free version shows ads. Rewards for watching one, such as a 50:50, a streak freeze or a replay, are part of the game and have no cash value.

Leaderboards are for scores earned by playing. We may remove entries we believe were not.

Your username is shown to every player. We may remove a username that breaks these terms, which puts you back under a made-up name until you choose another.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to improve the game.

You are responsible for anything you submit, including the username you choose, and you agree it will not be unlawful or infringe the rights of others.

PuntuQuest, including its riddles, explanations, artwork, and wordmark, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own enjoyment. We do not grant any other rights.

PuntuQuest is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the game will always be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

You may stop using PuntuQuest at any time by deleting the app. If you signed in, you can delete your account and its data from inside the app first.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that should survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PuntuQuest operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.

We may revise these terms as the game evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, note the change in the app.

Continued use of PuntuQuest after an update means you accept the revised terms.
